You could see arenas based on series all across Xbox (especially ones that may not have a suitable character rep like Ori), and even some third-party characters and stages.
I'm thinking you're locked into one arm, one sidearm, one special ability and then various pickup items across the many series Xbox owns (i.e. Yes, I want to see a shooter with multiple modes that is incredibly easy to pick up and play for people of all skill levels. I think this game should do for first-person shooters what Smash did for fighting games. HOWEVER, here's the catch, It should be a first-person hero shooter.

You also don't want too many of one style of character (for example, you can only have so many characters with guns), so you need to think outside the box a bit. I don't think you include the Bethesda characters at first, so you can have a Bethesda invasion for a massive DLC expansion with a Xbox vs. You could also throw a fun State of Decay reference in by including a move that swings the door open to attack. The Up Special is probably a Horizon Festival hot air balloon inflating and lifting the car up before dropping it. It probably is a "character" that can go really fast in the direction that it's facing, but to go backwards, it needs to turn and that takes time. I don't know how you'd include a truck, but you simply do not have the option but to leave it on the cutting room floor.
